This quality assurance initiative involves multiple tasks, including factory audits, vendor management and multiple inspections. These processes are carried out by our people, on site and attending to all details, working on our customers behalf.
Poorly made promotional products can seriously jeopardize the overall positioning and consumer perceptions of a brand. We take quality very seriously and have a dedicated in-house QA team that manages quality assurance and quality control, ensuring and monitoring all steps of quality assurance commitment.
